Biography
Bruno Cugliandro is Group Technical Director at Fresh Mango Technologies and Complete Cyber Security. He owns the technical standard that client environments are built, hardened and monitored to — from network and server architecture through to the endpoint detection and response tooling that feeds the security operations centre.
More than a decade of hands-on work inside small-business networks informs how he approaches security engineering. SME environments are rarely clean: legacy line-of-business applications, mixed device estates, partial cloud migrations and inherited configurations are the norm. Bruno's focus is on hardening what is actually there — Microsoft 365 tenancies, identity, endpoints and remote access — rather than proposing a rebuild the business cannot justify.
He leads deployment and tuning of managed EDR across client estates, sets detection and escalation thresholds with the SOC, and reviews architecture for clients preparing for Cyber Essentials Plus, where the technical audit leaves no room for approximation.
