Our UK team covers Ripon, Harrogate, Leeds, York, Northallerton and the wider region, while our BVI base serves Tortola and the broader Caribbean. Services such as 24/7 SOC monitoring, EDR/MDR and Cyber Shield are delivered remotely to clients in any of these locations regardless of exact address.

Most of what protects a business day-to-day — 24/7 SOC monitoring, EDR/MDR, email security, phishing simulation — is delivered remotely and works identically whether you're in Ripon or on Tortola. Where a physical presence adds value, such as certain assessments or on-site penetration testing, we schedule visits. Being genuinely UK- and BVI-based means you speak to real people in similar time zones, not an anonymous overseas call centre.

Onboarding timelines are the same regardless of geography, because most services are delivered remotely. Cyber Essentials typically completes within one to two weeks, awareness training and phishing simulation can go live within days, and EDR/MDR deployment across a device fleet usually takes one to two weeks. US-based clients follow the identical process, with communication scheduled to suit their time zone.
